Donations

Thank you for considering a donation to the Academy of Financial Services. We are a 501(C)(6) charitable organization and a tax receipt will be issued for your donation. For donations made from outside the United States, you will need to check with your existing tax authority to determine if this donation will qualify as a charitable gift.

In the form below, you can select how you would like AFS to utilize the funds:

• Best Paper Awards: Your donation will go towards unfunded Best Paper Awards. A Best Paper Awards is usually $3000 USD in total.
• Financial Services Review: Your donation will go towards editorial and production costs in publishing FSR. For larger sums in 2024, please participate through Lyrasis and the OACIP initiative.
• International Travel Award: Where researchers have been selected to present their unpublished research at an affiliated research conference on a different continent (i.e. an American presenting at FPAF in Australia, or a New Zealander presenting at CER in Europe), they can apply for a Travel Grant from AFS. Grants will only exist once we have $2500 or more in a given year.
• Student Conference Registration: AFS will provide a grant to cover registration (virtual or face-to-face) . AFS have an application form once funds exist to fund this.
• Where AFS Needs It: Let AFS utilize the funds where it can be most effective.

AFS will publish a rolling 12 month list of contributors. Patrons will remain permanently posted. Please indicate if you prefer Anonymous posting or we can recognize you for your donation.
